These terms govern your use of tear.gg. By using the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it. Questions go to info@tear.gg.

The service

tear.gg reviews League of Legends Ranked Solo/Duo games: it estimates each team's chance of winning throughout a game and the impact of its events and decisions. The site is free. Its estimates come from statistical models and can be wrong, so treat them as a learning aid, not as fact.

tear.gg isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

tear.gg was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.

Game data comes from Riot's API under Riot's terms and policies, and may change or become unavailable at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• access the site with bots, scrapers or other automated tools, other than search engines indexing public pages;
• copy, resell or redistribute data from the site;
• interfere with the site, probe its security without permission, or get around its access controls or limits;
• use the site to harass or harm other players, or in breach of any law or of Riot's terms.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Private testing

While tear.gg is in private testing, parts of the site need an access code. Please don't share yours.

Ownership

The site's design, code and analysis are ours. League of Legends and its assets belong to Riot Games.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to US$50.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the site or these terms at any time. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top; using the site after a change means you accept it.
